Mindfulness

Most people these days have heard about Mindfulness, whether it is from a meditation perspective or colouring books. Actually, Mindfulness is a complete way of being! To live life in a Mindful way has it’s roots in the Buddhist religion and often means daily meditation and other activities which can feel a little like ritual, but through my training in the Therapeutic use of Mindfulness I can offer Mindfulness techniques in a targeted way, as and when it can be most useful.  This is particularly useful with severe anxiety (like panic attacks) and irrational fear (like phobia). However, using Mindfulness techniques can also be useful with day to day stress and anxiety, and can be used to help with bereavement.
