Counselling can be of benefit to people with many specific issues, but can also help if you are experiencing a general sense of dissatisfaction with your life.  You may want to make some changes or you may need help with ways of coping when change seems impossible.

Sometimes it can be difficult to talk to friends and family and it can feel safer talking to someone you don’t know.  The counselling relationship aims to be one of mutual respect and trust.
